Protected Territory Expansion (Commission-Only)

Attic Buddies is opening a limited number of protected Houston territories for Authorized Expansion Partners who can recruit HVAC & home-service companies into our Trade Partner Program.

This is a performance-based opportunity. Applications are reviewed. Appointments are made quietly.

Houston Territories Now Open (Phase 1)

  • Houston North — Available

  • Houston Northwest — Available

  • Houston West — Available

  • Houston Central — Available

  • Houston South — Available

NOTE: Territories are assigned on an approval + first-appointment basis (agreement signed). When filled, territories close.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit HVAC & trade companies inside your assigned territory

  • Present the Attic Buddies Trade Partner model (structured, short call)

  • Activate partners quickly (production matters)

  • Maintain monthly reporting + quarterly performance reviews

We handle insulation operations and fulfillment. You drive relationships and growth.

Who This Is For

  • Confident communicators and relationship builders

  • Self-motivated performers comfortable with commission-only income

  • People familiar with HVAC or home services (preferred)

  • Builders who can operate inside a system

How Selection Works

  • If selected, you’ll be contacted to schedule a discovery call

  • Appointments are made quietly; territory status updates immediately on this page

Territory retention is performance-based (monthly reporting + quarterly review).

Compensation Structure

  1. Activation Bonus: $300 (paid after the partner’s first completed install)
    Commission: 5% of gross revenue generated by each activated partner for 12 months from activation date
    Commission ends after 12 months. No lifetime residuals. No ownership of partner accounts.

​Commissions/bonuses are paid only while your Independent Contractor agreement is active and in good standing.
